We are committed to providing reliable home health monitoring devices, practical support, and a seamless customer experience. By using the Luminarbase website, joining our waitlist, placing an order, or securing a pre-order opportunity, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Timelines & Sourcing Standards

Luminarbase provides authentic home health monitoring devices sourced from reputable manufacturers and verified suppliers.

• In-Stock: Orders are dispatched to our courier network within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Pre-Order Batches: Estimated delivery timelines for incoming inventory typically range between 14 and 21 business days after your pre-order confirmation, depending on international shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery processes.
• Please note: International shipping and Nigeria Customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timelines. By placing a pre-order, you understand that this timeframe is an estimate. If this happens, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Returns, Replacements & Product Issues

Because home health monitors are sensitive medical devices used to track vital readings, we maintain strict hygiene controls. To protect the health of our entire community, Luminarbase cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind reasons once a product box has been unsealed or handled. This policy helps protect the safety, hygiene, and confidence of every customer receiving a home health monitoring device from Luminarbase .

Where required under applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws, customers may be entitled to remedies for verified defects or issues covered under these terms:

• You must report the issue to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• To help us verify the issue, please share a clear video showing the unboxing of your device and the reported problem.
• Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, misuse, or improper handling.

3. Resolving Issues & Return Shipping Expenses

Once we verify a genuine manufacturer defect, we will immediately process a brand-new replacement device shipped to your doorstep at no additional cost.

• Return Shipping: Luminarbase will cover the cost of returning a verified defective monitor.
• Approved Shipping Methods: The customer must use a courier service approved by Luminarbase. We will either pay the courier directly or reimburse you based on a standard, official courier receipt. We cannot reimburse unapproved, premium, or inflated shipping rates.
• Refunds: If a replacement cannot be provided due to unavailable stock, Luminarbase will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
